Review attributes
Ask reviewers a few extra questions, like their height and how the item fits, or their skin type. Shoppers can then filter reviews, find reviews from people like them, and see summaries. Part of the Pro plan.
Add an attribute set
- Open Attributes.
- Start from a template with Use this template, or choose Start empty. Templates: Apparel and fashion, Eyewear and contact lenses, Helmets and hats, Beauty and skincare.
- Check the questions, then choose which products use the set.
You can change every question after you add a set.
Questions
Each question has an Answer type:
- One choice or Several choices (one choice per line).
- Scale (for example 1 to 5), with an optional label for each point.
- Number, optionally a length or a weight. Shoppers enter measurements in metric or imperial units, their choice.
For each question you can turn on Filter chips on the store, Use for 'people like you', Show summary bars and Show top answer next to the stars (only one question per set can do this). Show measurements to shoppers in sets metric (cm, kg) or imperial (in, lb) for the set.
Which products use a set
Under Which products use this set, choose all products, product types, product tags, collections or chosen products. A more specific match wins: chosen products, then collections, tags, product types, then all products. When two sets match at the same level, the lower Order wins.
What shoppers see
- Extra steps in the review form with your questions.
- Filter chips and "Reviews from people like you" in the Product reviews block.
- Summary bars and the answers on each review.
- A fit or summary line next to the stars, like "True to size 72%", when Show the fit or summary line is on in the Star rating block.
Report
Each set has Report: average rating by answer, so you can see, for example, how ratings differ by size bought or skin type.
