Plans and billing
Every plan has unlimited reviews. Plans differ by the number of orders per month and the features included.

Prices are in US dollars and billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, either every 30 days or once a year. Yearly billing is 20% less than paying monthly.
The monthly order limit
What counts is the number of orders your store receives in a calendar month. Plan shows your orders this month, review request emails sent, reviews collected and rewards sent.
When your store passes the limit, reviews, reminders and rewards keep working, but new review request emails pause until next month or until you upgrade. Those requests show Not sent: monthly limit in Requests.
Change your plan
- Open Plan and pick monthly or yearly billing.
- Choose Choose Growth or Choose Pro.
- Approve the charge on Shopify's page. Shopify replaces your current plan once you approve the new one.
Cancel a paid plan
In Plan, choose Switch to Free and confirm. Your paid subscription is cancelled and you move to the Free plan. Your settings are kept; paid features stop until you upgrade again.
