How it works
Set up in a few minutes from the setup guide in the app.
- Turn on the app embed and add the reviews block. One click opens your theme editor with the widget ready to place. No theme code to edit.
- Choose your rules. Decide who can write reviews, whether you approve each one or publish verified buyers automatically, and when requests go out.
- Customers get a review request. After the order is fulfilled, delivered or paid, they get an email with a private link, plus up to two reminders on paid plans.
- They write a review with photos. From the email link or the product page, in a few short steps.
- The review is published and rewarded. It shows on your store, and on Growth and Pro the customer gets store credit or a discount code.

Questions
Does it work for my country and currency?
Yes. MOA Review is built for stores anywhere. Store credit rewards use your store's currency. Storefront widget text follows your store's language when a translation is available and falls back to English. Email text is in English by default and can be edited on Growth and Pro.
Do I need another app for store credit rewards?
No. MOA Review adds Shopify store credit to the customer's account itself, and Shopify emails the customer. The customer needs an account with the same email as the review. You can use single-use discount codes instead.
What counts toward the order limit?
The orders your store receives in a calendar month. Reviews are unlimited on every plan. If you pass the limit, reviews, reminders and rewards keep working; only new review request emails pause until next month or until you upgrade.
Can customers review without an account?
Yes. The link in the request email needs no login, and the Write a review form on the product page works for guests. You decide whether anyone can write a review or only buyers.
Can I edit a customer's review?
No. The app has no screen for rewriting what a customer wrote. You can reply publicly or privately, hide a review, feature it, or let customers edit their own review through their link.
Can I bring my reviews from another app?
Yes. Import a CSV file from Growave, Judge.me or another app; common column names are recognised automatically. Questions and answers can be imported too.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
All reviews, questions and photos for your store are deleted 48 hours after you uninstall. When a customer asks Shopify to delete their data, their name, email and photos are removed from their reviews and questions.
