Balance widget
The balance widget shows signed-in customers how much store credit they have, so they remember to use it.
Turn it on
- In the app, open Settings. Under Storefront balance widget, click Open theme editor.
- In the theme editor, under App embeds, switch on Store credit balance and click Save.
- Back in the app, make sure Show the balance widget is ticked, choose a Position and click Save settings.
Positions

The position saved in the app's Settings is used. The theme editor has its own Position setting, used until you save Settings in the app.
Who sees it
- Only customers who are signed in.
- Only when their store credit balance is above zero.
- The amount is the customer's store credit balance in Shopify, followed by a short text. Change the text in the theme editor with Text after the amount (default: "store credit to spend").
To hide the widget, untick Show the balance widget in Settings and save, or switch off the app embed in the theme editor. The widget is on every plan.
