Quick credit and Bulk Credit

Give credit to a handful of customers from the Dashboard, or upload a CSV in Bulk Credit for larger lists. Every send becomes a batch you can follow and undo.

Quick credit (up to 50 customers)

  1. Open Dashboard and go to Quick credit.
  2. Paste emails in Customer emails, one per line or separated by commas.
  3. Set Amount per customer, Currency (your store's currency is preselected) and Expires after (Never expires, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 or 180 days, or 1 year).
  4. Optionally add a Note. It is saved in History and used as the batch name.
  5. Click Preview. You see how many customers were found, the total, and which emails were not found (those are skipped).
  6. Click Issue credit. Credit is sent in the background; progress shows in Bulk Credit › Recent batches.

Bulk Credit from a CSV file

  1. Open Bulk Credit and click Download template, or use your own file.
  2. Fill in one row per credit. Only email and amount are required.
  3. Choose the file, optionally give it a Batch name, and pick the Currency when the file has none.
  4. Keep or untick Email each customer when the credit lands, then click Upload and issue.

  • Amounts like 1,234.50 and 1.234,50 are both read.
  • Dates: YYYY-MM-DD is safest. A date like 03/04/2026 is read in your admin language's order (month first in the US, day first in most other places). Credit expires at the end of that day in your store's time zone.
  • Leave expires_at empty for credit that never expires.
  • Rows with a missing email, an amount of 0 or less, or an unreadable date are skipped and listed under the batch.
  • Each email must belong to an existing customer in your store; unknown emails are skipped with "No customer with this email".
File size depends on your plan: up to 250 rows per file on Free, up to 20,000 on Growth and Pro. On Free you can issue 100 credits a month in total.

Batches and undo

Recent batches shows each upload and Quick credit send with its date, customers credited, total and status (Running, Issued or Undone). The page refreshes on its own while a batch runs.

  1. Find a batch with the status Issued.
  2. Click Undo batch and confirm.

Undo takes back the unspent part of every credit in the batch. Credit a customer has already spent stays spent.

If you set staff limits (Pro), a send that goes over the per-credit or daily limit is stopped with a message. See Plans and billing.
