MMOA Apps

Report and History

Report shows what your store credit brings back; History is the full log of every credit, campaign, reminder and settings change.

Report

Open Report and pick a period: 7, 30 or 90 days, or 12 months.

  • Unspent MOA credit: credit from the app still in customers' accounts and not expired.
  • Redemption rate: the share of credit issued in the period that was used.
  • Revenue from credit orders: the full value of orders that used it.
  • Expired unused: credit that ran out in the period.

Return by campaign

One row per campaign and per source (Quick credit, Bulk, Refund bonus, Cashback and so on) with Issued, Redeemed and Rate. On Pro you also see Order revenue and Return (order revenue divided by credit redeemed).

Revenue counts the full value of each order where the credit was used, shared across credits by amount. The oldest-expiring credit is counted as used first.

Expiring soon

How much unspent credit expires in the next 7 days, in 8 to 30 days, and in 31 to 90 days.

Month-end export (Pro)

  1. Under Month-end export, enter the Month (YYYY-MM).
  2. Click Download CSV.

The file has date, staff, customer, action, amount, currency, source and reference. The month follows your store's time zone; dates in the file are in UTC (ISO 8601).

History

Every credit, campaign, reminder and settings change is logged in History, 50 entries per page.

  • Search by customer email, staff or reference.
  • Filter by Action (Credit issued, Credit removed, Reminder sent, Bulk credit, Campaign, Batch undone, Settings changed).
  • Filter by Source (Quick credit, Bulk, Campaign, Refund bonus, Cashback, Manual, Reminder).
  • Set From and To days, in your store's time zone, and click Filter.

On Pro, Export CSV downloads the filtered list with the same columns as the month-end export.
