Paste up to 50 customer emails, set an amount and expiry, preview who was found, then issue.
Bulk credit from CSV
Upload a file with email and amount, plus optional currency, expiry date and note. Common column names are matched for you.
Undo a batch
Every send is a batch with live progress. Undo takes back the unspent part of every credit in it.
Segment campaigns

Set up in minutes from the Dashboard's setup guide.
- Install and check customer accounts. Customers need Shopify's new customer accounts to hold and spend store credit.
- Send yourself a test credit. Paste your own email in Quick credit and see how it lands.
- Give credit your way. One-off sends, CSV uploads, campaigns for a segment, or automatic cashback and refund bonuses.
- Remind before it expires. Turn on reminder emails so less credit goes unused.
- See what comes back. Follow redemption and revenue in Report, and every action in History.

Balance on your storefront
A theme app embed shows signed-in customers their store credit balance: floating at the bottom right, as a bar at the top, or on the account page only. It appears only when they have credit.
A note when credit lands
When you give credit, customers can get Shopify's store credit email. You choose per send.
Expiry reminders
"[amount] is waiting for you" emails with your store name, the amount in the credit's currency, a button to your store and an unsubscribe link. English by default; 10 languages on Pro.
Credit at checkout
Store credit applies at checkout when the customer is signed in. No codes to copy.

Questions
Is this Shopify's own store credit?
Yes. MOA Credit issues Shopify's native store credit. Balances live in Shopify and apply at checkout when the customer is signed in.
Which currency does it use?
Your store's currency from Shopify, preselected everywhere. Credit is kept per currency, and credit in a currency your store doesn't sell in can't be spent.
What do customers need to spend credit?
Shopify's new customer accounts must be turned on, and the customer must be signed in at checkout.
What happens to credit if I uninstall the app?
Nothing. Balances always live in Shopify, so uninstalling MOA Credit never removes a customer's credit.
Can I take credit back?
Yes. Undo a Quick credit or Bulk Credit batch to take back the unspent part of every credit in it. Cashback is taken back automatically when an order is refunded.
Which languages does the app support?
The admin screens follow your Shopify admin language, with English as the default. Reminder emails are in English, or in 10 languages on Pro.
Can I limit what staff can give?
On Pro, set a maximum per credit and a maximum per staff member per day in Settings.
