Team and lists
Set the names packers choose on the packing screen, and the packing types and locations used to sort recordings.
Edit the lists
- In the app, open Team & Lists.
- Enter one name per line in Packer names, Packing types and Locations.
- Choose Save lists.
- Packer names: the people who pack. Each recording keeps the name, so you can see who packed an order.
- Packing types: to sort recordings, for example B2C, B2B or Return.
- Locations: the name of each packing table or warehouse.
Each list needs at least one line. Duplicate lines are removed, and each list keeps up to 100 entries. A new store starts with "Packer 1"; Standard, Express, Return and Replacement; and "Station 1".
Packers on the packing screen
Packers pick their name under Packer name before scanning. The packing PC remembers the last name, type and location chosen on it. Packers don't need their own login, and every plan has unlimited packers.
Last 30 days by packer
At the bottom of Team & Lists you can see how many recordings each packer made in the last 30 days. For more detail, see Reports.
Packing PCs
Open Packing PCs to see every connected PC with its status: In use now, Last active with a date, or Not used yet. You can:
- Rename a PC. New recordings use the new name.
- Disconnect a PC. It stops recording until it is connected again with a new link. Videos already saved stay on that PC.
- Connect a packing PC to add another table. Every plan has unlimited packing PCs.
