See how much your team packed, by day, packer, packing PC and packing type, and download the recordings as a CSV file.
Open a report
- In the app, open Reports.
- Pick a Period: last 7, 30 or 90 days, and choose Show.
Days follow your computer's time zone.
Summary

| Different labels | Each tracking number counts once. |
| Recordings | Every saved video or photo. |
| Recorded again | Labels packed a second time. |
| Average packing length | Uses packing videos only. |
| Returns | Recordings made in Return recording mode. |
| Inspections OK, incomplete, with error | Results of Inspection mode. |
Breakdowns
- By day: recordings and different labels per day.
- By packer, By packing PC and By packing type: recordings, average length and how many were recorded again.
Download a CSV
Choose Download CSV for a file with one row per recording in the period: tracking number, start time, length, packer, packing PC, type, location, order, product, kind, result and whether it was recorded again. The file holds the newest 5,000 recordings; pick a shorter period if you have more.
Dashboard
The Dashboard shows labels used this month against your plan, recordings this month, today and the last 7 days, recordings made again, returns, the number of packing PCs and the latest recordings.
