Videos stay on your PC
Saved in a folder you choose, such as an external drive or NAS, by date and named by tracking number. Never uploaded.
Details burned into the video
Tracking number, date and time to the second, packer and location are written on every frame. A photo of the label is saved too.
Proof the file wasn't edited
Each file gets a fingerprint when it is saved. Opening it later shows whether it is the original file.
Find it in seconds
Search by tracking number, order, packer or product. The app shows which packing PC has the video.

Record returns with the list of scanned items, or check scanned items against an order list to catch wrong or extra items.
No double recordings
A label already recorded on any of your PCs is flagged. Scan REDO when you really need to record it again.

How it works
Follow the setup guide in the app. Each packing table needs a PC, a USB webcam and a barcode scanner.
- Connect the packing PC. Make a one-time connection link in the app and open it in Chrome or Edge on the PC at your packing table.
- Choose the save folder and camera. Pick where videos are saved, then run the station check to test the camera, scanner and folder.
- Add your packers. Set packer names, packing types and locations, so every video shows who packed it.
- Scan, pack, scan. Every package now has a video named by its tracking number.
- A customer complains? Find the tracking number, open the video on the packing PC and save a copy to send.
What the packing PC does
The packing screen runs in Chrome or Edge. No software to install.
Recording modes
Scan to start and stop, continuous, label at the end, returns, inspection, camera auto-detect without a scanner, or one photo per label.
Command barcodes
Print STOP, CANCEL, PAUSE and REDO barcodes and control recording without touching the PC.
Station check
Tests the browser, folder, camera, PC speed and barcode scanner in about 30 seconds, and says what to fix.
Video List
Scan a label to find its video, play it with the label photo, and save a copy. A daily CSV log is saved with the videos.
Saves space
Pause when nothing moves, split long videos, choose the video quality, or save photos instead of videos.
Your language
The packing screen is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Hindi and Chinese, with voice prompts.

Questions
Where are my videos stored?
Only on the packing PC, in the folder you choose. An external drive or NAS folder works. Videos and label photos are never uploaded.
What does Find Packing keep on its server?
A list of recordings: tracking number, time, length, packer, packing type, location, the product and order number if typed, the packing PC, the file name and size, and the inspection result. It is used for search, reports, counting your plan and stopping the same label being recorded twice. It holds no customer names, emails or addresses.
What equipment do I need?
A Windows or Mac PC with Chrome or Edge, a 1080p USB webcam on an overhead arm, and a USB barcode scanner in keyboard mode. A 2D imager reads small labels best. The station check on the packing screen tests your setup.
How much disk space does it use?
About 9 MB per minute at Standard (HD), 29 MB at High (Full HD) and 45 MB at Max. For example, 100 packages a day at 1.5 minutes each on High is about 4.2 GB a day. Pausing when nothing moves and photo mode use less.
Can I use more than one packing table?
Yes. Connect as many PCs as you like on any plan. Each one saves its own videos, and all of them share your plan.
Does it work with my carrier?
Find Packing reads the tracking number barcode on any shipping label. It doesn't connect to carriers; you set the tracking number length your labels use.
What happens if I go over my plan?
On paid plans recording continues and the app asks you to move up a plan. On Free, new labels stop at 20 a month; labels you already recorded that month can be recorded again.
Do I need an internet connection?
To open the packing screen, yes. If the connection drops while you pack, recording continues and the recordings are sent to the app when it comes back.
Can I send a video to a customer?
Yes. Open it in the Video List on the packing PC and choose Save copy, then attach the file. There is no online share link, because videos are never uploaded.
What happens if I uninstall?
Packing PCs are disconnected right away, and the list of recordings and settings for your store is deleted 48 hours later. Your videos stay in your save folders.
