Plans and billing
Every plan has every feature. Plans differ only by how many different shipping labels you record each month.

Every plan includes unlimited packing PCs and packers, all recording modes, videos saved on your own PCs, search by tracking number, reports and CSV export.
Prices are in US dollars and billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, either every 30 days or once a year. Yearly billing is 20% less than paying monthly.
What counts
- The number of different shipping labels (tracking numbers) recorded in a calendar month, counted in UTC, across all your packing PCs.
- Recording the same label again in the same month is free.
- A long video split into parts counts once.
- A recording saved without a label (in Label at the end mode) doesn't count.
Plan in the app shows how many labels you have used this month. The packing screen shows it in the top bar too.
When you reach the limit
- Free: packing PCs can't start new labels until next month. Labels already recorded this month can still be recorded again.
- Paid plans: recording continues, and the app and packing screen ask you to move to a bigger plan.
If a packing PC can't reach the internet when you scan a label, it records anyway.
Change your plan
- Open Plan and pick Monthly or Yearly.
- Choose Choose on the plan you want, for example Choose Business.
- Approve the charge on Shopify's page. Shopify replaces your current plan once you approve the new one.
To move a paid plan between monthly and yearly billing, choose Switch to yearly billing or Switch to monthly billing on your current plan.
Cancel a paid plan
In Plan, choose Switch to Free and confirm. Your paid subscription is cancelled and you move to the Free plan. Your packing PCs, lists and recordings are kept.
Uninstalling
When you uninstall Find Packing, all packing PCs are disconnected right away. The list of recordings, packing PCs and settings for your store are deleted 48 hours later. Videos on your PCs are not touched; they stay in your save folders.
