Plans and billing
What each plan includes, how active creators and gift orders are counted, and how to change plans.

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. Shopify bills in USD, every 30 days or once a year (20% less than monthly).
What counts
- Active creators are everyone not marked Lost. Creators who already posted still count, so move people you no longer work with to Lost to free a spot.
- Gift orders are the free orders the app creates from gift links or Ship products, counted per calendar month (UTC).
At a limit
You can still work with everyone you have. Only adding is blocked: adding creators, import rows over the limit (left out), new applicants on the apply page, new people on multi-use gift links and moving someone out of Lost. On Free, after 5 gift orders in a month, gift links pause until the 1st of next month.
Change your plan
- Open Plan. Usage shows your active creators and, on Free, gift orders this month.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly, then Choose Growth or Choose Pro and approve the charge in Shopify.
- To stop paying, click Switch to Free.
Changing plans never deletes data. Locked features show a "… is part of the Growth plan" (or Pro) message, and everything comes back when you upgrade again.
