Posts and content

Record what creators promised, log their posts, and keep track of ad usage rights.

Add the deliverables you agreed

1. On the creator's page, open Deliverables.
2. Add what they promised, for example 1 Reel and 2 Stories, each with a Kind, Count and Due date. Kinds are Reel, Story, Feed post, YouTube, UGC video, UGC photo and Other.

Log posts

1. When a post goes live, add the Post link to its deliverable.
2. Optionally add the Source file link (for example a shared drive folder with the raw file).
3. Set Ad usage rights (No rights, Requested or Usable in ads) and Rights valid until.

When all deliverables are done, the creator moves to Posted. Late deliverables show as overdue on the creator's page, and creators who were shipped products but haven't posted show in Tasks and under Overdue posts on the Dashboard.

Rate the collaboration

On the creator's page, rate Content quality and Reliability (timing, deliverables), choose Rehire? (Rehire, Maybe or Don't rehire) and add a short note. This helps when you pick creators for the next launch.

Content library (Growth and Pro)

Open Content to see every logged post in one place: creator, kind, posted date, post and source file links, rights and expiry. Filter by rights to find content you may reuse. Expired rights are marked.
